− The only minor drawbacks were that ambulance sirens could occasionally be heard from outside, and there were a few mosquitoes in the room. However, these were small issues and did not significantly affect our overall experience. Highly recommended, and we would be happy to stay here again in the future

This place is a complete rip-off that has destroyed its reputation after switching from Radisson Blu. We paid over $5,000 for a week and it was pure misery from day one. The air conditioning never worked once during our entire stay. Zero. The AC is controlled by the front desk and they only turn it on for pathetic 20-minute bursts when you call and complain. The room was hot, stuffy, and unbearable the whole time. When they finally sent maintenance at 3AM, they couldn’t fix it and instead gave us a dangerous, raggedy old fan that kept breaking, rattling like it was about to explode, and shutting off randomly.
