Do not stay here, complete catfish!
+ I’m not sure how this hotel is rated as high as it was! The MOLD all over our room was disgusting! The smell throughout the hotel and especially in our room was HORRIBLE, and NO A/C. They had a fan running in our room for the 72 hrs we were there! I wouldn’t dare walk barefoot on the floors! There was water bubbles all over the walls throughout the building and water lines coming down the walls as well! I would NEVER suggest anyone stay here! The only thing they have good going for them is location and Emilio, he was an amazing employee and so hard working!

+ Excelente hotel. Muito bem localizado. Em frente a rue de Rivoli, Place de la Concorde e estação do metro. Quarto muito limpo. Staff muito gentil e atencioso. Excelente café da manhã. Recomendo muito.

+ Bad experience ! We are robbed inside the room . The staff opened our safe and took money and a piece of jewelry.
− We were robbed inside our room. They opened the safe and stole our belongings without breaking down the entrance door. It was certainly a member of the cleaning staff or someone with a key or access to the room. They stole cash and a piece of jewelry. The hotel staff offered us no support, even though they surely knew who had entered the room. They didn't investigate. We exchanged several emails with the Meliá chain, but they didn't provide any reimbursement—not even for the nights we had paid for. In short, be careful with this hotel; the safe isn't secure. They opened the safe using a USB port—something we discovered existed only after the theft. It’s a criminal ring. We pay for the hotel, and then we get robbed inside our room; it is absolutely outrageous that they refuse to take any responsibility.

AC does not work and manager doesn’t care
+ Upon checking in we noticed it was a little warm in the lobby. We asked about it and they told us the technician is working on it and it will improve. We were put on the 5th floor. Upon exiting the elevator we felt this rush of heat hit us. We went into the room and it was also warm. We called immediately and they told us that it will improve and will send a technician to our room to check it out. A technician never came. We took a cold shower and tried to fall asleep as we had been traveling all day. In the morning we asked for a lower level room or if they can put us in another one of their local hotels and they said that they would look into it while we were out into town. They had a good breakfast and the cook truly cares about the food. They had a portable AC in the dining room and that gave us some relief. I can get past the tiny shower that if you bend over you pop open the door since that’s what’s to be expected from a boutique hotel. The view from my window was a Beautiful str
