Elysees Union Hotel

− Breakfast items were the same everyday and cappuccino machine not good at all

− The lift was small for 2 persons with 2 x bags each of luggage used for overseas travel. A minor problem only and hardly worth mentioning.

− Terrible experience at this hotel. Our room was not ready for check in upon arrival. Facilities were not well cleaned. Dusty furniture and carpets.Aircon not working in heatwave conditions. We requested a fan but it did not arrive in our room. .Very rude staff and not welcoming. I requested a safe to lock my passports .The receptionist an elderly man, responded by saying my passport is not gold.This was a huge red flag for us. Upon check out I requested for a taxi to take us to ORY airport The hotel reception , (a different person,) immediately called up someone and confirmed a booking.with time and airport.details provided. However, the person who arrived to pick us was not a registered taxi driver. There was no taxi registration sign on him or his car. The driver requested to be paid cash only but we could only pay by card..He drove us to the wrong airport on purpose. We had to find another taxi to get us to the correct airport(ORY an hour away) that caused us stress and a furthe
