Hôtel Eiffel Blomet

+ Nice hotel let down by staff that were not welcoming and not helpful and quality of room details, like old thin scratchy towels and robes, meagre tea and coffee facilities. Issues of broken safe and bar fridge were reported, but not dealt with, indicating management oversight absent. No follow-up with the guest on issues. Did not even ask about our stay at checkout. Could have been a better experience.

+ Rooms were nice. Staff was attentive and accommodating at every step! Breakfast was great, same stuff every day, but we didn’t mind that! AC does cut off after a certain point, and as we were traveling with baby, we were informed that the front desk can turn it to where it doesn’t shut off, so that was great! Overall service, food, accommodation, and location (5 minute walk to Metro 12 or 10-15 minute walk to another Metro station) were great! There are a few restaurants around the hotel and a couple of grocery stores! Pool and sauna were great as well! Would definitely recommend to anyone I know traveling to Paris! Thanks again!
