− For the size of the rooms and location the price was a bit high compared to other hotels with similar characteristics near the area

− The staff were rude, didn’t even Want to give a toothbrush, instead told us to use a supermarket. They wouldn’t give out more room cards but instead wanted to take us to our rooms, wasn’t sure what would Happen when we came out as we had only one card per room which we needed for the Electric to stay on. Doors either didn’t close or wouldn’t stay open for connecting rooms, my daughter ended up getting her finger trapped. Rooms are tiny and not cleaned very well
