+ Personal beim Frühstücken und Reinigungspersonal war sehr freundlich, Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut
− Dusche total schimmelig, Klospülung, wackliger Lift lediglich für zwei Personen und sehr wackelig, Gänge so eng, dass nicht mal 2 Personen aneinander vorbeigehen können, Betten unbequem, Nur öffentliche Parkplätze mit exorbitanten Kosten. Man lässt aber das Auto lieber nicht dort stehen. Man hat auch das Gefühl, dass man abends lieber nicht mehr auf die Straße geht

Bad experience. Always heard good thing of Best western it was a bad experience. Never refer to anybody.

− The hallway and room were very small; they hardly fit your luggage, and there were no essential things in the washroom. The sink was leaking; water was flowing out. The sink in the washroom was flooded. We complained; the man came with a plunger and did not fix it. We told them they should refund us one day of hotel. We showed them the condition of the bathroom was bad.

The was nice
+ Location was a bit out of city centre but the good thing it was close to tram and metro. The bed was comfortable. Overall it was nice
− The rooms were too small and lift was also very squeezed only enough for 2 people if you have luggage it would not fit.

Ambivalent about returning for future stays.
+ The location was a little confusing to find and the Junior suite I reserved was not available at check in for my party of four… one big room with one queen bed and queen size sofa.
− No parking so on our own, located a parking garage walking distance from the hotel with a cost 0ver 100 euros for our 3 night stay. The property told us of the off site parking at check in even though I wrote and requested the parking places!

Good facilities, immaculately clean, but ridiculously small.
+ The unit was very clean and the bed was great.
− A group of friends booked three units. They varied considerably in size. Unfortunately our room was so tiny there was no space for our opening suitcase to sit on the floor. We also had trouble with the air-conditioning not working, so slept with the big window open all night. The staff were putting average. English was a challenge for one of them and the other female just seemed grumpy
