+ Staff was wonderful and access to the train and the Marais neighborhood was easy.

+ Perfect spot to explore Paris from The view and the balcony were magic The room was very comfortable and that view ohhhh what more can I say

+ super friendly staff, small room but clear.

+ We were given a room that was too small for 3 adults. As well, the shower was an problem as it was opened at the entrance of the bathroom - the water from the shower would be all over the bathroom floor with only one glass panel preventing the water from pooling around the toilet. After a shower, the entire floor was wet and required extra towels to manage the water. As well, the room was cold and there were insect traps under the bed and behind the safe in the closet. We asked for another room but none was available. The concierge did provide extra towels that were needed and did follow-up on issue with the people cleaning the room; for example, no new towels left, no tissue or toilet paper. The breakfast was included and it was substantial.
