+ Great experience overall!

+ Wonderful location and the staff were great.

+ The location could not be better, and we were grateful to have a view of the Eiffel Tower glimmering at night. Boulangerie and grocery stores were within a short walk, as were many eateries. It's a safe neighborhood and secure building. Walk to the metro within 10 minutes. The building is handsome and well-maintained, with an elevator. The space retains original architectural details, which adds so much character compared to bland modern buildings. We were fortunate to have AC in the apartment, which was spacious, clean and comfortable for the family. The kitchen was functional, with a range/oven, microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker. This unit also included a washer and dryer, but we found that the dryer wasn't working 100%. The visitors upstairs had small children who liked running around at night, and so, with little soundproofing, we did have a fair bit of noise when trying to sleep. I would definitely stay there again, especially when traveling with family.

+ Location is amazing. Room was huge, showers were great. Only critique which is a big one for us was the beds were extremely hard which made sleep on our stay difficult. There should def be an optional mattress topper for people who dont enjoy firm beds. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay in Paris.
