Très bon séjour
+ Le personnel est très accueillant et réactif.
La propreté irréprochable.
Le lit était grand et très confortable.
Des prises étaient accessibles à plusieurs endroits dans la chambre dont juste à côté du lit de chaque côté.
La vue sur le haut de la tour Eiffel était aussi très sympa.
L'emplacement est idéal, beaucoup de lieux à visiter et de commerces sont accessibles à pied sinon le métro est juste à côté. Les petits plus qui font la différence : les produits d'accueil typologie, une déco épurée et moderne, la cafetière et la théière dans la chambre et les bouteilles d'eau offertes à notre arrivée.
J'espère avoir l'occasion de revenir pour voir la réception après travaux!

Le manque d'isolation sonore : nous entendions les bruits de pas dans le couloir et nos voisins de palier prendre leurs douches.
Le manque de miroir en pied. Pas d'éclairage à côté du miroir de la salle de bain.

The room was clean and the staff was helpful, we left early in the morning and we got a huge pack of breakfast, we loved

Excellent location, the hotel is going to be nice, once renovations are completed after late July
+ The location was excellent — close to major landmarks without feeling crowded. The neighborhood was charming, with plenty of great dining options and easy access to public transportation. Notre Dame was just a pleasant 17‑minute walk away. The room itself was newly remodeled and comfortably sized. It was smaller than a typical hotel room in the U.S., but consistent with my experiences across Europe. Overall, a good stay.
− The hotel was undergoing major renovations during our stay, and the entire ground floor was unusable. We were notified only four days in advance that the dining area would be under renovation, but not that the whole floor would be gutted. It was jarring to arrive late at night after a delayed flight and find no signage and a building that looked non‑functional. Thankfully, our taxi driver—fluent in English and French—helped us contact the hotel so we could figure out how to enter. In hindsight, it’s clear the photos on the website were AI‑generated renderings of what the space will look like once completed, not its current condition. That was extremely disappointing.
Given the extent of the disruption, I believe a discount would have been appropriate, but none was offered. We stayed with them as a new last-minute booking in another comparable hotel was out of our budget.
