Basically a good hotel --can't beat the location.
+ The hotel was in a great location. The room was clean and the shower good.
− The room was very small and difficult to move around in. The shower leaked on to the floor. The sink was too large and made it a bit difficult to get to the toilet.

+ As others have said, the best thing about this hotel is its location.
The room was wonderfully quiet and dark at night.
There is a water fountain in the basement if you need to refill water bottles.
− The room was small to the point of only having space for a bedside table on one side of the bed.
They provided bottled water on the first night only, which seemed rather mean-spirited, especially given the current hot weather. When we asked for water on the second day, we were told it would cost 3 euros. Similarly, if you want to make yourself a cup of coffee at the machine in the lobby, it costs 3 euros. Similar hotels we have stayed at provide these things on a complementary basis.

Great location in Le Marais
+ Excellent location in lovely area, very near to Metro station. Friendly staff, good breakfast, clean and quiet room with great shower and comfortable bed. Good, quiet air-con.
− The only quibble would be that there were no English-speaking channels on the TV, but this might not be anything the hotel can offer.
