Enjoyable week spent at the St Regis

+ The suite was very spacious and comfortable. The facilities were great but the standout was breakfast which was head and shoulders better than other comparable hotels.

− The hotel does not book nannies or childcare. You must supervise your children in the kids club at all times or find a nanny externally. Every other 5star hotel we have stayed in provides this service so this was a bit disappointing.

Un excellent séjour

+ Probablement le meilleur hôtel de Kuala Lumpur. Le personnel est au petit soin pour les clients et très réactif. Les chambres sont grandes et agréables.

− L’emplacement est relativement éloigné du centre ville et n’est pas situé dans une rue où l’accès à des commerces de proximité, monuments ou restaurants est simple sans utiliser la voiture. Proche de la gare centrale.

The best scented hotel of KL, where you sleep like a princess

+ The reception was very werkcoming. The best thing was the bed and the scent throughout the entire hotel. That made it feel very exquisite.

− The only downside was the fact that the lights in the bathroom werent dimmable.
