Signature Hotel @ Bangsar South

− L'espace est petit, juste ça.

− My family and I stayed in both a Standard King room and a Premium Suite. Unfortunately, neither room was ready at check-in, even though it was already past 3pm. Basic items were missing, including towels and pillowcases. The water pressure in the shower was low, and the drainage was poor, causing water to accumulate. In addition, one of the rooms did not have any drinking glasses, even though coffee sachets were provided. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and we will not consider staying here again.

− Unfortunately, my stay was not comfortable due to several facility issues. The hair dryer was not functioning at all. The TV also did not work, and when I informed the staff, I was told that it could not be used because there were no channels available. The water heater was inconsistent, sometimes the water was hot, and sometimes it suddenly turned cold. The air-conditioner remote control was damaged, so the temperature was stuck at 16°C and could not be adjusted, making the room uncomfortably cold. Overall, the facilities were not well maintained, and this affected the quality of my stay.

− Walls too thin to hear noises surrounding area.

− Kinda smelly room. Broken tv, can't even watch at all. Broken table. Broken mirror. Broken door (can't use access card as the door lock was broken). Making us worried about our safety and hard to access in and out of the room. No aircond remote control in the room. Pls improve your room's condition.
