− Honestly speaking the rooms were fine and other facilities were also ok what I didnt like was the staff's behavior, their way of talking had sarcasm in it and their boss was a racist. I am from Pakistan and during my conversation with him on the call, he literally said "I dont like Pakistani customers", i would say here that even if I was wrong on my end, which I was not, still I would not expect this kind of statement. I just complained about a certain thing in a decent and polite tone, but he started shouting at me and said he doesnt like Pakistani customers. This is never ever a right way to talk to your customers.
