+ the pictures were exactly from the room but when the building was in good state.
I did not take pictures unfortunately but there was mold in the bathroom ceiling, and the walls needed some painting.
the towels were frayed. the room was smelly.
the staff on the ground was SO helpful and friendly.
will no stay there again, unfortunately as the location is great. I would rate the hotel as a 2 or 3 stars only

− Everything. Room is smelly, cockroaches running in bath room & cupboard. Stains on the bed sheets. Stuffy room, very bad ventilation. Air conditioning not cool despite switching on for 30mins.

− It's an ex Best Western hotel in a mall that has been abandoned/sold and having a renovation..
No lobby. Just a little room for reception at ground floor. Room start at 5th floor.
The room have some humid spots on the wall. Broken spots of walpaper. Some furniture bit broken here and there.
Bedding's OK. Could be better, but at least I don't feel any dust.
Bathroom? I have dead cockroach inside the bathroom! Hot water not working. While taking shower, another cockroach coming out..
And last but not least.. The price! Only booking.com made me pay MYR 212, while other sites can give MYR60-70! I felt so sorry for myself since I didn't check other website before I book through your site! Even if I book with teh lower price, I would still disappointed because of the low quality I got.
I don't think I want to book from your site ever again..

After 3 visit over 2 years, i will not be staying there again

− Bad condition of room. Due for a renovation long ago. Signs of water leaks. Cockroaches in room. Should not be open the state the rooms are in. Disgusting.
