− Suggestions to make the stay more memorable : - Provide a basic Water filter in the apartment (so we don't need to be buying water in plastic bottles daily). - Softer lighting especially in the bedrooms (the white lights everywhere gives it a very commercial feel).

− Staff is slow in responding, did not pre arrange check in and check out, we needed to ring them to ask. Towels are not clean, there are marks (dirt, lipstick, makeup powder) on it. Kettle is broken.
