Flamingo Hotel By The Lake, Kuala Lumpur

− It took 1 hour to get into the room because this is actually an Airbnb style of property and not a hotel. The owner or staff was taking awhile to respond when I arrived and asked to check-in. The room I was then given did NOT look like what I had booked and the guy said I would be upgraded for free the next day. However, that did not happen. Towels were kinda stained too and the wifi didn’t even work.

− was disappointed because the room description clearly mentioned a lake view, which was one of the main reasons I chose to book this room. However, upon check-in, the room had no lake view at all. This was misleading and did not match the description provided during booking. I hope the room descriptions can be updated accurately to avoid disappointing future guests.
