Vortex Luxury Suite At KLCC

− owner was unreachable, very irresponsible! so i need to find another accomodation to stay and pay for higher price!

− Booked Vortex Suites KLCC by Skylight for RM448.11, but when we arrived nobody showed up with the keys even though the listing said someone would meet us. We tried calling the property (+60 11-6097 2750) many times but no answer, and Truecaller even marked the number as a scammer. We called Booking.com hotline to check if we had been scammed. At first, they said no since the hotel was registered with reviews, and asked us to wait 45 minutes while they tried to contact the property. After waiting, we received an email saying the property could not accommodate us. Booking.com only offered a partial refund of RM134.42 if we made another booking and submitted an invoice, but in the end we got no refund at all. We ended up booking another hotel outside of Booking.com. To make things worse, one of the apartment housekeeping staff told us this has happened before and confirmed that it’s a scam. We are also very dissatisfied with Booking.com’s service – not only did we receive no refund, bu

− No lounge storage or handling service. Earlier check in means 03:00 pm. Apartment smells bad even after using air freshener. Old furniture. Dirty furniture ( Towels, sheets and walls). It was mentioned that each room has one double bed in the 3 bedrooms apartment, not true.

− Het appartement is zeer karig ingericht. De wasdroger was kapot en er is geen droogrek. De kamers en de hal stinken en de badkamers zijn niet goed schoon. Huur en borg contant aftikken, zonder een factuurtje, voelt niet goed. En 2 weken vooraf al contact gezocht met de verhuurder maar slechts 1 dag van tevoren een reactie helaas. Prijs-kwaliteit is absoluut uit verhouding.
