− In de taxi naar het appartement toe kregen we een bericht dat dit appartement niet beschikbaar was en dat we naar een ander appartement moesten gaan. Dat was echt verschrikkelijk, lakens niet schoon, kasten die uit elkaar vielen, verbrande stopcontact, vieze geur door de airco..echt verschrikkelijk. Een blamage...onder elke standaard die je zou moeten willen hebben als verhuurder. Op sms jes werd niet gereageerd...(ook niet door Booking zelf overigens) Vermijden deze organisatie!

− Not much was outright terrible, but a lot of things felt cheap or unprofessional. The immediate surroundings of the building is an ugly part of the city that constantly smelled of sewage. Check in was convoluted and unprofessional, with very little information given. The room fittings were somewhat haphazard. The dining set was missing a glass, there was barely any toilet paper in the bathroom, there was an electric kettle but it had a European plug, so would not plug into the wall. The elevators in the building were not enough for the amount of people (and this is already low season for tourists), and the buttons in the elevator would frequently not work.
