After a 24-hour journey, I was exhausted, and she was incredibly kind and understanding. She made my check-in quick and seamless, which I truly appreciated. She also reminded me of all the hotel benefits I was entitled to, which I had completely forgotten. Her professionalism and thoughtful service made a great first impression. I would also like to thank Ms. Gade at the front desk for her warm and polite service during check-out. She made sure everything went smoothly and genuinely cared that I had a wonderful stay. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, professional, and provided outstanding customer service. The bell staff were especially helpful, and their service was impressively fast. They are remarkably helpful, deeply caring, and consistently deliver warm, personable service that makes you feel genuinely welcome and this truly set this hotel apart from others. Example: When we called the front desk about an issue with the room hairdryer, the very first thing the staff asked was, "Are you alright?" That genuine care and thoughtfulness instantly warmed our hearts. On the night of our arrival, we faced severe flight delays.
