Jubilee Prestige Hotel Ratchadapisek

+ This hotel has recently joined the Marriott portfolio, so as a Marriott member, I decided to stay here for the first time. The bell staff were polite, efficient, and always willing to help. A special thank you to Wan, the Front Office Manager, who took excellent care of us throughout our stay. Our suite was exceptionally spacious and spotlessly clean. It was also located on the same floor as the Executive Lounge, which made it very convenient to access. The Executive Lounge, however, could use some improvement. The operating hours were rather limited, and one of the female staff members appeared unmotivated. She was sitting in the guest seating area while using her phone. Since the reception desk is directly opposite the elevators, this was one of the first things guests saw when they stepped out, which unfortunately left a poor impression. Some areas of the carpet near the bed seemed to collect dust, so I would not recommend this hotel for guests with severe dust allergies. However

+ What a delight! My 2nd trip at Jubilee Prestige. It is not on a street filled with bars and massages parlors, and thank heavens for that. The Ratchada location is home to some great restaurants, proximity to some of the largest malls in the city and quit enough to even enjoy a night walkabout. Ms Nalintip arranged for a stunning room for my wife & I. And the hotel were super attentive on every floor we visited. The staff are a superteam. And oh! What a marvelous gym they have! Better equipped than my regular one! :-) Thank you all @JubileePrestige
