Il problema però era il getto dell'aria condizionata diretto verso il letto matrimoniale e mia moglie si è svegliata con il mal di gola

Good location and price but not up to 4 star standards.
+ For the price and the location, this hotel probably delivers what you would expect, but there are a few areas where some small improvements could make a big difference.
The breakfast is fairly basic, but there is a selection of main dishes, including Thai, Asian and Western options. The egg station is very good and you can order them how you like. There is also a selection of bread, although the freshness could be improved.
The room itself is also a little dated. There were some small housekeeping issues during our stay. For example, liquid soap had been put into a foaming soap dispenser, so it didn’t function properly. On another occasion, the tea was not refilled and hand towels were not provided. When I called reception, the maid said, “We ran out,” which really isn’t an acceptable solution.
On the positive side, the beds are comfortable, and the reception staff and doormen were consistently very kind, helpful and welcoming. The breakfast staff, however, generally looked quite m
− On our final night, we also had dirty water coming out of the bath tap. As we were leaving the following morning, I didn’t report this to reception but it was certainly not ideal. The bathroom is a bath-and-shower combination and quite difficult to get in and out of if you are short or elderly.
The room looked considerably larger in the photos than it actually was. I would also strongly advise against paying extra for the “deluxe room with balcony” or “terrace” as it was advertised on Booking.com. The space is essentially a small square area with glass around it where one person can stand. I would not really classify it as a balcony or terrace, and it definitely isn’t worth paying extra for.
The rooftop pool is fine but it also feels a little neglected. There is no staff member working up there, which is slightly unusual, and some of the pool towels had large holes in them. The sun loungers have no cushioning, so they are not particularly comfortable if you want to spend a long time

+ พนักงานบริการดีมาก ห้องก็โอเคระดับกลางๆ แต่โซนรีเซปชั่นคือสวยงามดีมาก โดยรวมแล้วชอบ ราคาก็ไม่แพง
