+ Clean rooms and friendly staff.

+ Very disappointed. Despite the generally positive reviews, I was not satisfied with our stay. We ended up checking out after just one day. The shower functioned very poorly, and the air conditioning was difficult to adjust and quite noisy. Although the shower was repaired during our stay, it still did not work properly. I reached out to request a partial refund, but after several emails, I have received no response. Extremely poor service.

+ 위치가 조금 애매한거랑 물 수입이 조금 약한거 빼곤 점부 만족 스러웠습니다. 추가로 하루 더 지냈어요 다음에 또 올 생각입니다

+ I like overall like their kind staffs and prompts response over my request but in middle of night power went down but a staff didn’t fix the problem until very next morning at checking out.

+ Das Zimmer ist relativ klein, für ein Stadthotel aber sehr in Ordnung. Die zentrale Lage ist super!
