− Trải nghiệm của tôi tại khách sạn này khá thất vọng. Phòng không được vệ sinh kỹ. Sofa trong phòng có mùi rất khó chịu, nhiều vết ố và các vết bẩn không rõ nguồn gốc, khiến tôi gần như không thể sử dụng. Hành lang cũng thường xuyên có mùi hôi nặng, tạo cảm giác rất mất vệ sinh. Trước khi nhận phòng, tôi đã yêu cầu phòng có Wi-Fi ổn định để thuận tiện làm việc. Tuy nhiên, chất lượng Wi-Fi rất kém, kết nối chập chờn, mất nhiều thời gian để đăng nhập và thường xuyên tự động đăng xuất. Điều này ảnh hưởng đáng kể đến công việc của tôi trong thời gian lưu trú. Với tình trạng vệ sinh và chất lượng tiện ích như vậy, tôi không nghĩ trải nghiệm tương xứng với mức giá và sẽ không quay lại.

− The a/c in the common areas was not necessarily on at all places, especially for example in the elevator. Makes you want to quickly rush to your room which in my case a/c felt overworked and a bit underperforming. No biggie but sth to keep in mind. Staff was ok not the kindest you'll see in Thailand but ok. also, even though bathroom had shampoo, body soap and conditioner it had NO soap to wash your hands(!)

− The hotel itself feels a bit worn down and could benefit from some renovations. I also noticed ants on the 28th floor, so I would recommend not leaving any food out or eating in the room, as the ants appear very quickly. Another issue was the noise from Chinese guests late at night. Even after the hotel asked them to be quiet, they continued making noise, which forced me to move to another floor in the middle of the night so I could get some sleep. One disappointing aspect was that the rooftop infinity pool on the 31st floor is reserved exclusively for residence guests. Hotel guests only have access to the pool on the 7th floor, which is frustrating since the photos can give the impression that the rooftop pool is available to everyone. Lastly, the hotel offers rooms with balconies, but smoking on the balcony is strictly prohibited. Guests can be fined over 5,000 THB for smoking a cigarette or a joint on the balcony, and the hotel states that such incidents may also be reported to t

− Baseino teritorija neapšviesta, rodos, kad nenori jos naudoti. Ant stogo baseinas yra VIP (aukštutinių aukštų) gyventojams, ir žemesni aukštai neturi priėjimo. Reikia atkreipti į tai dėmesį įsigijant.

− Noise from ppl outside my room

− Unfortunately, the hotel needs some urgent maintenance. The swimming pool area felt cramped, and we were alarmed to find a broken glass panel on the bridge walkway—it was genuinely dangerous for those of us with young kids. On top of that, the room wasn't up to standard; the cushions in the living area were stained/dirty, and the air conditioning had a musty smell that made it hard to relax.
