+ Nice and clean a bit more expensive but newer hotel and nice facilities

+ I was very impressed with everything i can think of. Airport shuttle was very handy although i think it only runs hourly, with half hour returns. The place oozes quality from the buildings, the furniture and the fittings. Great staff, and plentiful too. The pool area and the multiple other outdoor areas are well designed and very inviting with multiple bars and restaurants also. Very impressive!

+ Apart from the toilet was not cleaned properly when we check in the room, everything was great.

+ Great option for near the airport. Facilities super clean, food and drink options great.

+ I stayed one night, however, it was a great night. I enjoyed the deli and their staff, it's a very clean and beautiful property! The pictures don't do it justice! I particularly can't say enough good things about the spa! Ask for Sarinthip and a 90 minute Thai massage! Best massage of my life!

+ Check in desk the first visit was friendly and professional. The second time we checked in the front check in was not friendly at all. Also, we had to change rooms because we got assigned rooms that was not the type we reserved. The concierge desk on the first stay was very helpful and knowledgeable. Love the facilities very clean, bright and beautiful Shuttle to and from the airport was also convenient
