− Albergo datato , avrebbe bisogno di essere rimodernato.

− The staff is disrespectful, especially if you’re a woman. When we checked-in there were bugs in the room and on the bed. They changed our room but made us go around the hotel with all of our luggages up and down with no help. They treated the situation very casual, no apology for the inconvenience or help to change the room. The laundry room was smelly and not in good shape. In their interior garden there’s a pond with turtles and there was a knife in the water, which we signalled as it is not safe for the people nor the turtles, and they laughed when I said that. The reception area smells chemical and really bad, it was so unpleasant to go in/ out the hotel. At their restaurant I ordered a juice and it took 20 minutes to get it, but if a man would order something it would be prioritised. Very bad business. This is not the standard for Thai Hotels, please choose a better place. It is not worth your money or energy. The location is quite good and rooms look nice but it is uncomfortabl

− Not exactly close to the hotel - about a half an hour away by shuttle. Needed to factor that in for an early morning flight.

− Gettin a bit old,needs a face lift

− The air condition in room 330 isn’t cooling at all.it’s so hot!! I can’t sleep please adjust the air condition
