Indra Regent Hotel

− No extractor fan in bathroom. Some onsite facilities closed

− Domage que certaines prestations ne sont plus le spa par exemple.

− Could be more clean , specially deep cleaning , inside bed , edges filled with dust etc.

− The Entrance smells terrible The Same look and feel like our stay 20 years back Breakfast Only caters for the Asian population

− It is located in a busy area. Lots of noise. Evening everything is closed and not much to do.

− This hotel feels deserted! There is no welcoming on arrival, no assistance with luggage. The reception is on the 2nd floor, again another deserted space with a bar (that was never open or staffed). We never saw anyone using the pool (no one in the pool area at all in our 5 day stay). The poolside bar was never staffed. Breakfast buffet was half inside, half outside (in which you had to go out through the restaurant check in, through another door to poolside for the other half of the food & then return back to the restaurant. The food was terrible! Very poor selection. We stayed in the Royal Suite, the room was very large/spacious, but wasn’t clean (several clusters of fake eyelashes were found on the floor ), the toilet didn’t flush properly and the beds were extremely hard. Traffic could be heard from our 16th floor room (as the markets were below). No balcony, no opening window. Aircon couldn’t be adjusted.
