Miracle Grand Convention Hotel

+ Needs mirror in the bedroom and small desk for writing. The grand suite room was old, not enough light but was told is under renovation. All other services were great and close to Domestic airport. Donning.

+ This surely is an underrated property. Though located at the outskirts (and close to DMK, which is a huge plus for stopovers), the hotel is so perfectly managed that many centrally located luxirious property should be envious about that! Everything- from the reception, to guestrooms, to the restaurants, to the pool, to the gym is in a perefect shape and staff are just superprofessional- friendly, hospitable and responsive, and it was a great ploeasure and relief to stay at the hotel. I would like to extend my greatest thanks to the F&B team: Ms. Nui, Ms. Dao and Mr. Oak (the Chef) for their extraordinary attention to my dietary restrictions and rendering their assistance with a big smile; and also to Mr. Bond of the welnness center whose cordiality and sense of humour and caretaking made our visits to the gym and pool an unforgettable experience.
