− Avoid this hotel if customer service matters to you. My family's stay at Paradiso Hotel on Soi 10 in Bangkok ended with one of the worst customer service experiences I have encountered. From the moment we checked in, the staff seemed unwilling to accommodate even the most basic requests. We were repeatedly told that extra pillows and blankets were unavailable, despite what should be considered a routine guest request at any hotel. The hotel also charges extra for additional room key cards, which felt unnecessarily restrictive and inconvenient for families traveling together. The check-out experience was the final straw. Although our departure time was 12:00 PM, the front desk called our room at 8:00 AM to confirm that we would be leaving. Then, beginning at 11:55 AM, we received four calls within six minutes demanding to know when we were checking out. Check-out time had not even arrived.
