Enjoyable and relaxing stay. Staff were excellent in providing information and resolving room issues
+ Had a private beach. Staff were excellent. Attended to room problems promptly and initiated a move when it could not be resolved. Housekeeping staff was able to provide firm pillows upon request promptly
− Stayed 5 nights and would have liked some change in the breakfast offerings. We are from Singapore and would have loved prata with some meat curries at the Indian corner. Maybe what was available were tailored to guests preference ? Had the fish and chips at beach side cafe which was good. Dinner at Tonson was good, a shout out to Chef, who did a stir fried morning glory which was not on the menu for our meal with the Thai style seabass.

+ I have been to the resort a few times and always enjoyed the private beach and the activities it has especially for my kids
− Hosting company events for mostly employees coming to the resort during family vacations....they kept filming guests swimming around and there was no privacy for families enjoying their time in the resort.. it happened twice during my one week stay

Good Stay but not sure if I will be back here again
+ Place is great and the staff is friendly .Beach is private and relatively clean . pool is huge . Never seen a pool this big in any hotels I hv stayed or visited world wide .
− No shades at pool area which makes it very hot as u get hit by direct sunlight and no water dispenser to fill up water for drinking esp when u are at beach area or pool side . Pool needs to have a pool sitting stools in the pool as I find it's a waste of good space and not place to relax while u are in the pool .Even for normal drinking water , u hv to pay which I think is not right .. esp as the room rate are a premium compared to other comparable hotels
