Twinpalms Surin Beach Phuket

+ We are writing this review before even checking out because Twinpalms Phuket truly deserves it. From the very first moment, we were welcomed like family. Every member of the team greeted us with genuine smiles, professionalism, and exceptional hospitality. It is rare to find a hotel where every single employee makes you feel so special. The international cuisine is outstanding. Every meal has been fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. The atmosphere throughout the resort is elegant, peaceful, and truly luxurious. The spa experience was another unforgettable highlight. Without any hesitation, we can say it is one of the best massage experiences in Phuket. If you stay here, don’t miss it. We would especially like to express our deepest gratitude to Khun Alex, Rooms Division Manager. He welcomed us personally, checked on us throughout our stay, and made sure every detail was perfect. + First time that we stayed in Phuket - we will be back and the Twin Palms will be our hotel of choice when we visit again. Great room set up for 2 adults/2 teenagers, fantastic housekeeping team, bar and restaurant service and a regular shuttle bus to 3 other beach clubs that are linked to the hotel if you fancy a change of scenery. We went to the Lazy Coconut which was very relaxed/informal, great food on a lovely beach. Best meal of the day at the hotel was the excellent breakfast, tremendous selection with a wee glass of fizz if you want to start the day. It's very busy at breakfast time, the restaurants are a lot quieter at lunchtime / early evening - I think a lot of the residents must use the beach clubs or local restaurants - there is a lot of choice nearby. Special mention to Pisit, always on hand to assist and make recommendations.

+ We loved every moment of our stay, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful across the board. We arrived quite late and were not expecting such a warm and welcoming team to greet us at such an hour. A lovely hand written note from the room manager was an extremely nice touch and very much appreciated.

+ We had an excellent time at Twinpalms for our honeymoon! The crew was fantastic, friendly and accomodating! The facilities, room, pool, and affiliated restaurants and clubs were great, and the package deal was of a great value! Definitely recommend!

+ Really nice family holiday here for our family of 5. We were repeating a 2023 stay and were glad we came back. Service great (occasionally coffee at breakfast was slow but no big deal). The lagoon pool access rooms are superb. Love the Twin Palms. Love Surin Beach. Wish the Govt had not cleaned the street food vendors and stalls off the beach and the beach waves are choppy in July but other than that, nigh on unimprovable.
