The hotel has a calm, stylish atmosphere that truly lives up to its name – “Wabi Sabi,” the art of finding beauty in simplicity and imperfection. It’s all about harmony and presence. The hotel’s interior is minimalist and tasteful: simple wooden tables, stone floors, and open layouts facing the garden. Transparent curtains shield against tropical downpours, and the breakfast area has a roof of clear corrugated sheets, giving the feeling of dining outdoors – authentic and relaxing. Breakfast is simple but plentiful. A colorful selection of fresh fruits and vegetables, cereals and yogurt. Some small meat dishes, bread, jam, coffee, and tea. The staff are helpful and eager to accommodate individual needs. I traveled alone but immediately felt at home, largely thanks to the staff who are warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly.
