Little Loft Hotel

− We arrived late, and the receptionist took a very long time trying to locate our reservation. She remained calm and simply stated, "There is no reservation for you," even though we showed her that everything was confirmed and paid for in the app. She kept insisting there was no booking. We were exhausted from the flight, yet we had to stand there and prove that we actually had a reservation. The room is large and very clean, but it lacks coziness. They tried to create beautiful, high-end-looking furniture, but the result is impractical. The bedside tables are too far from the bed. If you turn the tap on full blast, it’s fine, but if you turn it on gently, the water runs onto the countertop and floods everything.

− The walls were so thin that i could hear everything on the next room so i had to use my earphones during my lay over. Aircondition was so weak or didn't work, i am not sure. There were no soap in the room so i had to use shampoo to clean my hands.

− The pool and gym area close a little too early for my liking. The rooms are generally clean, but there are a couple of spots/corners where there is some dust. Also, the driveway in is pretty narrow, so it's hard for both car drivers, as well as pedestrians when there's a car trying to make its way in/out
