+ Staff was in denial mode for everything and hospitality is not there in their behaviour at all. Don't know how they are operating it listing on Expedia with 3 star type. Kindly check all thing before booking or atleast choose option to pay at hotel.

+ Originally booked 3 nights here, ended up staying 6! Wonderful lady at the desk, very kind and helpful. Rooms were clean and showers very good. Noise from construction next door was not an issue at all as we were always out during the days. Amazing value for money. Lovely swimming pool too. Would definitely come back. Ignore bad reviews. Thank you Hallo Patong!
