Patong Platinums

+ We booked this hotel half year ago for securing ours trip, but when we arrived, they have no room provided us. Also we booked a deluxe room for 4 people, at the last, they said they can only provide us a small room which is for 2 people only. Not trust the staffs at all. Disappointing.

+ My experience was amazing in patomg platinums hotel , the room was clean and big , the service was perfect and the staff was good people

+ hôtel très très sale. le changement de draps est quasi inexistant voir tout les 3-4 jours. je ne comprend pas qu'un telle comparateur d’hôtel le propose encore avec tout les avis négatif avec preuve a l'appuie.

+ The reception didn’t ask if I was leaving the next day or not. Sometimes one forgets and has to be reminded. Because of that my room was given out and I had to change a room. In that room the hot water was messing up. The receptionist couldn’t provide advise on sightseeing and stuff. But generally I will give them 60% and will recommend to anyone but keep in mind your schedule

+ bugs, dirty towels, rude staff, terrible smell (lysol), tiny rooms, loud housekeepers

+ It's clean and the view is nice the staff are good
