+ Nice new hotel. Good bed, tv and nice towels and linens. Manager (ChaCha) was helpful when she was brought in to resolve a problem….pity the staff don’t have greater autonomy to resolve issues. ‘Computer says no’ syndrome! Rooms needed more storage and bathrooms need a better light for those of us that shave. Use of clean my room door tag pointless they have a schedule, it gets done in their own time as opposed to whilst you are out of room.

+ Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was nice and clean. Would definitely consider staying again next time I’m in Phuket.

+ This hotel is 10/10 in every respect. I could not fault it, incredibly friendly staff and great rooms. You can’t go wrong booking a stay here!

+ The room was great, the breakfast, staff and location. Like the 24 access to the gym and the pool was nice too.
