+ The entire building had an foul odor. Housekeeping did not change or remake the sheets the entire 6 nights I was there. The bathroom had mold and rust everywhere. An uncomfortable mattress. Not worth the value. I do not recommend staying here.

Short stroll from all the attractions
+ The hotel is in a good location. The staffs were very helpful with any issue. I and my partner were very happy to stay there. Restaurant's food was ok. The only thing there was no breakfast facilities. Otherwise everything was ok.

+ Hotel Staff are friendly specially to Hiten Delvadi...thank you very much for your warm welcome us as long as we stay in Sea Princess Hotel. The room always clean everyday and easy access to go to anywhere in Phatong

Difficult time looking for the hotel
+ the landmark for the hotel is above the Hot Curry Restaurant or opposite Terrace Hotel.As for the counter is inside the restaurant then you can see the stairs and the hotel lobby. The room was a bit small but enough for two people and considerate with the amount paid(rm74) within the Patong area.
