+ The rooms was very Smelly hair conditioner not very good at all made the room very uncomfortable showers want not the the best and I paid for a upgrade and the Air conditioning wasn’t very good either we only stay 2 night out of the 7 nights I pay for

+ Sentirsi a casa al lato opposto del mondo,vivere con persone che riescono a trasmetterti quel certo non so che di familiarita,stare bene insomma,ma questo dipende anche dal nostro stato d'animo,ma sentirti dire"tutto bene ,se hai problemi dimmelo "ti aiuta non poco.

+ Apart from the receptionist called "Miao" who is very good in providing excellent customer service and Anna (who takes care of the bookings for local attractions) has done an excellent job in meeting my requests, I am very much disappointed in the rest of the staffs and hotel services. There were no iron, ironing board and electric kettle. My wife reminded the cleaners to lock the balcony door after they cleaned the balcony, but they have never followed the instruction. The electrical systems are rather faulty, the switch gaves the crackling sounds whenever the light is turned on. Honestly, it is a high level of fire hazard. By the way, I booked a room which the booking system says has a bathtub but I was given a room without it. Last but not least, there is no swimming pool. P.S. To the ladies, you will need to be very careful if you are having menstruation... If you stain the bed sheet, you will be fined 500 baht. In my opinion, it should be rated a 2-star hotel since the hotel is

+ I had a few hours in Patong in order to wait for my really late flight so booked a room so I could rest in the evening. The hotel was in a really convenient location to Jung Ceylon, and also the food market. Bangla Road was a 10 minute walk and it was under 20 mins to the beach. The receptionist who checked me in was helpful and friendly. The room was basic, bed was a bit soft for my liking. I didn't like the fact that when you took a shower, the water would run through the floor to the drainage point by the toilet, therefore making the entire floor wet. However that was the design of the bathroom. Also it was a pity that housekeeping didn't check the amenities in the bathroom as there was only half a roll left, and no spare. The hotel was fine for my brief stay, I didn't get to try the breakfast, but I'd probably pay a bit more to stay somewhere else if I was to visit Patong again.
