− Worse WiFi condition.Very poor network.Frequently asking for user name and password.A.C is not working at one room.Shifted to other room,there also A.C not working.Should make the room before guest check in.

− I wish the cleaning services were more efficient , and the beautiful swimming pool needs more attention , especially the water circulation within the pool. may be all of this small issue because the low season . over all for me the hotel is very good .

− Furniture partially needs refurbishment.

− Everything about this hotel. It was raining on the day we arrived, there were buckets and wet towels on the floors and it was leaking in. The hotel was dimly lit and smelled awful. We were taken to our room, the room door was broken and the beds were super hard. We were then given the room next door, but at this point, I was done with this hotel. I was to stay for 1 month and the amount was taken off in full before we arrived. My mind was racing, thinking I would need to stay in this stink for a whole month, as for the dimly lit hotel, we are 2 women and I didn't feel safe. We left and asked for a refund but the owner sent an email that it cannot be refunded and booking.com only gave us R+-700, we had to forfeit full months amount, which was 14000 Baht. Plz don't was your time booking here. The owner is in Pakistan and the hotel is DERELICT. Plz, as women, stay away, this hotel gives me the creeps. − The bed mattress was firm and hard. My back was sore at times some mornings. But I managed to sleep during the night decently.
