− The worst hotel experience I've ever had. We had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. Upon arrival, we were pressured to leave a 5-star review before being given our room at 12:00 PM, even though I had requested early check-in in advance. The hotel also required a USD 300 security deposit. At check-out, the staff claimed that we had scratched the electric cooktop and refused to return the deposit. The mark they showed us appeared old and could have existed before our stay. We did not cause any damage. We had to call the police to resolve the situation. After the police arrived, the hotel returned only USD 200, while keeping USD 100, despite not providing convincing evidence that we were responsible for the alleged damage. This experience caused unnecessary stress and ruined the end of our holiday. I strongly recommend that future guests inspect and photograph the entire room, especially the kitchen and any existing marks, immediately upon check-in if they are required to pay
