− 1/10 – Worst hotel experience I've ever had I booked a 3-bedroom villa for my family. We arrived at around 10:30 AM and were informed that check-in would be at 12:00 PM, which we accepted without any issue. However, when we entered the villa, the air conditioning was not working. We immediately informed the staff. A technician tried to fix it, and we were repeatedly asked to wait another hour or two. We waited patiently for several hours, but nothing was resolved. By around 3:00 PM, instead of providing us with another villa of the same category, the hotel offered us a much lower-category room. When I requested either an equivalent room or a partial refund reflecting the downgrade, both requests were refused. The situation continued until around 6:00 PM. My family had arrived, yet we still had no suitable accommodation. An entire day of our holiday was wasted sitting in the lobby, waiting for a solution that never came.
