+ Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend this hotel. The staff were very friendly, polite, and helpful. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with an amazing variety of food. A few things need improvement. The pool floor was very rough and scraped our feet, there were sharp edges on some pool steps, and the pool bar stools were too high and uncomfortable. The reception and lobby were also too warm. Considering Phuket’s hot weather, these areas should be much better air-conditioned. When the hotel became busy, the overall hotel service became noticeably slower. Overall, it’s a good hotel with excellent staff and a fantastic breakfast. Improving these construction, design, and comfort issues would make it an outstanding resort.

+ Stunning resort, ideal for families. Beautiful beach. Lots of activities in the pool suitable kids - my kids particularly liked trying the underwater scooter. The kids club was fantastic with lots of fun activities for all kids ages. The ladies, who worked there, were great. The app was efficient to use. We loved the main restaurant for dinner, especially at sunset. The buffet breakfast was amazing

− The hotel is a bit dated. Check in took a while - they muddled up our room and told us it was ready when it wasn't.

The property was good but they are so strict with rules there were filxabilty.

+ The property is good and everything close to each other. I like to spa which Amazing staff and professionals.

− The staff were not able to serve us in a professional way because once we asked them to help us immediately they responded wait which I saw them they were doing nothing. Once I asked one of them, he said we are only 2 staff.
