Leider sind wir mit dieser Anlage nicht zufrieden geblieben. Allerdings Service war tatsächlich gut. Sehr gute und hilfr

+ Lage war perfekt. Riesige und sehr bequeme Betten.

− Klimaanlage Funktion war leider sehr schlecht. Deshalb mussten wir in andere Zimmer umziehen. Allerdings das gleiche Problem ist auch dort gewesen. Der Boden war Klitsche nass. Es war unglaubliches Ausrutschgefahr für die Kinder. Wenn wir morgen aufgewacht sind, waren alle Bettlaken und Gegenstände genauso wie Boden im Raum feucht oder nass. Außerdem war der Pool mit dem das Hotel so sehr beworben hat auf Reparatur geschlossen.

− 我们入住期间正值大楼和泳池翻新改造，因此孩子们游泳不太方便，而且还能听到施工的噪音。

+ "The hotel is located in a prime area close to Karon Beach, local restaurants, and shopping. The rooms are excellent. Although there is ongoing renovation in another building and the main swimming pool, it hasn’t disturbed my stay. I will highly recommend this hotel to my friends for a wonderful holiday experience."

− If you're visiting during the low season, you're likely to encounter rain. Phuket can have rain for two to three consecutive days on some days, so be sure to bring an umbrella or raincoat.
