The Yama Hotel Phuket

+ Overall, I enjoyed my stay at Yama Hotel Phuket, and the hospitality was generally good. Staff members like Pui and Aom were especially friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made my stay more enjoyable. However, there are a few areas that need improvement. First, I noticed some cleanliness issues. The toilet could have been cleaned more thoroughly, and on some days it seemed that the bedsheets were not changed. I also had an issue with the swimming pool hot water. Throughout most of my stay, the hot water worked perfectly. However, on the last day, I asked a staff member named Pich to turn it on because the water was cold. He told me it was due to the weather changing, but I don’t think that was a reasonable explanation since pool water is heated by a heater, not by the weather. I would have appreciated a clearer and more honest response.
