Fabulous
+ We have visited Thailand 17 times, and this was our ninth stay at Sawasdee Village, if the experience wasn’t so amazing we wouldn’t return, there are very few Thai resorts that we return to, but this is our favourite.
The setting is stunning, like an oasis from the moment we step in from the street, but most of all it’s the staff that make the this place so wonderful, they treat us like family,!from K2 and Boy who welcomed us and moved our luggage, Arpornpan and the check in office team, Film and the girls who cared for our room each day, Beer and Lay who served us dinner, Jan and the breakfast team, Ann at the pool bar, the guy who kept the pool clean, to the security guy on the gate who even stopped the traffic so we could cross the road safely.
We love that this boutique hotel is Thai owned and Thai staffed, the staff are obviously valued and taken care of as many of them have been with Sawasdee Village for many years.

Beautiful hotel!
+ We spent 1 week at this beautiful hotel, such amazing details that are everywhere! All the pictures you see, its even more special when you are there. We had a pool access cabana suite and it was fabulous! Wonderful little touches- water and fresh coffee pods in your room, everyday - also a lounge with coffee tea and snacks.
Great breakfast and we also did the cooking class which was great fun!
Kata is very busy, and sawasdee village a perfect way to end a busy day!
The pools, the lights, the staff, we will definitely be back!

A Hidden Sanctuary Worth Returning To
+ I recently stayed at Sawasdee Village for 3 days and 2 nights, and this was my second time returning. Honestly, the fact that I chose to come back already says a lot — but what made this stay even more special was that the staff actually remembered me from my previous visit.
That small but meaningful detail truly touched me. Not every hotel takes the time to remember returning guests, but here, I felt genuinely welcomed back. From the moment I checked in, there was a sense of warmth and familiarity that made the experience even more personal.
The hotel remains as beautiful as I remembered — rich in Thai character, peaceful, and full of charm. The atmosphere feels like stepping into a hidden sanctuary away from the busy streets of Phuket. The pool area is stunning both in the daytime and at night, and the overall ambiance is perfect for relaxation.
The room was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. Housekeeping was attentive and detailed every day. Most importantly, the service

A peaceful oasis in a busy city.
+ We stayed in a villa for 12 days and we were very satisfied. It was a wonderfully quiet place where it truly felt welcoming for a family with children. The staff were very friendly and lovely. Especially K2, Sapain, Boy, and Noo — but everyone was wonderful.

A little pice of Thai heaven in the hustle of Kata
+ Booked via our consultant on recommendation of friends who stayed here a year ago - our initial accommodation cape Panwara was full when we booked the trip almost a year before
We booked a pool access suite and on arrival slightly disappointed how dark the room was and distance to walk - also we had little view of the pool as were hidden behind the bamboo that lines the top end of the pool / canal Tip ensure if you. Ok these rooms you are 321 or less if you want to be opposite bar then rooms around 312 are the ones. Note - we did ask to move but could only offer us 301 which is right next to the pool entrance area and loungers so no privacy there
The rooms are very nice however we had continued issues with the A/C and when it was 34 degrees in the day it’s needed at night - it was sorted but door keepers failing to connect with A/C switch and due to mossies you don’t want to leave open
Breakfast OK a bit mad at times very cramped area served in - staff are all marvellous can’t d
