Great value for the right price
+ The resort was extremely well managed with great service-minded personnel from management to cleaning staff. Everything was very guest friend orientated with focus on the guests’ experience. We liked it so much, so we extended our stay by a couple of days, which was not our first intention. The resort upgraded our room throughout the stay, which was not expected at all. And the breakfast was outstanding.Thank you!

Amazing!
+ We had an amazing stay at Holiday Inn Resort Phuket Karon Beach! From the moment we arrived, we felt very welcome. The staff were always smiling, friendly, and ready to help with anything, which made a big difference throughout our stay.

+ Kinda quiet place
− Generally all facilities are too old, The children’s playground injured my daughter’s hand, which was very disappointing. On top of that, some children who said they were the owner’s kids bullied my daughter during our stay.

Overall we had a pleasant stay
+ Kids club was great. Mint and Pat were interacting a lot with my kids and my kids wanted to go there everyday. Good location for family. Lots of choice for breakfast. Staff were very helpful especially Loubhov from Guest Relation and Joanne the manager was very friendly. Front desk manager even gave us late check out for free. We were also upgraded to the villa due to low season. The rooms were very big and comfortable.
− Some facilities needs renovation like the gym and toilets around the bar and pools. Showers next to the pool were not working on the last 2 days. We booked also because of the live entertainment/music in the evening described on booking. However, there was no live music/entertainment. The staff mentioned that it is only during high season.
