Fantastic stay on Fitness street

+ The location is fantastic. The staff are extremely polite and very professional and helpful. The rooms are very clean as well. Exceeded my expectations.

+ Good location one of the only hotels on fitness street. In walking distance of all of the gyms

− Room & hotel building was old and not like the one in the pictures. We also didn’t realise there was 2 hotels and the hotel in the pictures is not the building we were staying in. Our room was in the older building, which was not clear when we were booking & had to go into the other building to use the pool etc. We were also charged 2.5k THB for makeup stains on the bed sheets which is ridiculous for pricing in Thailand (more than the price for 1 nights stay in the hotel) but when we said we can only pay card as we only had 2k cash, they said they would accept 2k and cannot accept card, how could they change the amount?
