Serenity Grand Seaview Suite

− The restaurant food was blend and only pink salt provided. My omelet came with onion and pepper it’s just done differently and it wasn’t pleasant at all. Smoothies (pineapple) didn’t taste like pineapple.food in general I would rate the lowest

− The warm water is working for short time then need time to be worm again .. one of the staff was rude with us broke the handle of the suitcase without telling us and ask the child to help her to carry the luggage.. next day the reception contact me and fix the bag.. other staff being kind and friendly.

− The breakfast could be improved by offering a wider variety of options.
