Booking dal nam wspaniala znizke na sniadania, wiec roznica miedzy golasem a pokojem ze sniadaniami wyniosla ok 100 batow, za 3 doby za 2 osoby.
Sniadania smaczne, glownie kuchnia tajska, plus bar salatkowy, owoce.
Mi smakowalo, choc czy kupilabym za standaedowa cene, nie wiem.
Pokoj czysty, lazienka tez, ale zaden to 5* standard
No i przyjemny, chlodny basen na dachu z niezlym widokiem.

1. Pokoj bez opcji wczeaniejszego check in (nawet platnego) mimo ze juz po main sezon, no ale trudno. To dobra wola hotelu, nie musza sie zgadzac.
2. Do pokoju jak i calego kompleksu nie ma wejscia z recepcji, trzeba wyjsc i wejsc przez furtke do kompleksu mieszkalnego. Troche uciazliwe z walizkami.
3. Pokoj z widokiem na parking
4. Hotel niby nowy, a juz widac pewne niedociagniecia np odpadajace ramki gniazdek.
5. Pokoj ma aneks kuchenny tj zlewozmywak, ale nie ma np zadnego kubka, o desce do krojenia czy talerzu nie wspomne, a miloby bylo zjesc owoce w pokoju.
6. Room service porazka. Frytki zimne, hamburger ledwo cieply, ryz rowniez. Zupa tom yum akceptowalna i w smaku i w temperaturze
7. Poniewaz hotel ma duzy kompleks basenow wraz z parkiem wodnym dla dzieci, basen na dachu z przeznaczeniem jest dla doroslych (tak w regulaminie napisane) niestety goscie nie przestrzegaja, a pan z pool baru nie ma ochoty zwracac uwagi/wypraszac gosci z dziecmi.

+ Der Service war 1a, alles sauber, tolles Essen, der Kinderpool war das Highlight für unseren Sohn.
Wir würden immer wieder kommen.
− Manchmal gab es Verständigungsprobleme, aber es ließ sich alles klären.

The worst 3 days of my life
+ I usually love staying at Wyndham hotels in other countries, but this experience was honestly shocking and became one of the worst hotel stays I’ve had.
From the first night, staff behaved extremely unprofessionally. I arrived alone around 2 AM and realized I accidentally booked starting from the next day. We were fully ready to pay extra or change the booking, but instead of helping calmly, staff acted rude, laughed while speaking in their language and asked strange personal questions about my boyfriend. Yes, my boyfriend emotionally said “WTF” on the phone — because I was alone at night in another country and nobody from staff was helping at all. Instead of solving the situation professionally, they even called security on me. I am a 55 kg woman traveling alone. Completely unacceptable behavior for a “5-star” hotel.
Later we requested many times to move specifically to a room WITH A BATHTUB. Instead, they moved me to the furthest building in the hotel into a so-called “pool upgrade

Value for money, very respectful staff.
+ Good food, clean room
− In the room is a card, saying to leave on bed if you want the sheets changed. Another card in the room reads opposite. Sheets were changed every day regardless of whether I left the card on the bed. Result, the room was clean, but missing the environmental point.
