Avoid this place
+ The room had everything that we needed - bathrobes, slippers, all bathroom essentials, comfy beds, ac, fridge, kettle.
− It is about 1 km walk from reception to the accommodation. They provided a car to take us there on our arrival and departure. There is no phone in the room to reach reception. The staff was a bit clueless with poor English. Quite a distance to walk to the beach. They have a shuttle bus to the beach but minimal hours and spaces. It costs way too much to extend the room for longer use. We had to purchase an additional day as it worked out cheaper than to pay for a few extra hours.
We went to the main reception in the morning to ask for beach towels just to find out they were at the main building, which is 1 km away. And this was not advised on our arrival.
It is not a proper hotel, but blocks of individual flats.

Rude liars
+ It was supposed to have a 12pm check in as stated in the booking. Changed to 2pm after I complained
− Changing the check in time from 12pm to 2pm after I arrived at the hotel. The only reason for booking was the early check in time
