+ Swimming pools, friendly staff that went all the way to provide the best service, kids club which our girls always asked to go to, modern and clean facilities.

− Only 1 restaurant open during the day, limited options in the kids menu with very small portions

Lovely view and location, but not the luxury experience the price promises

+ The staff is very kind and helpful. The room was very spaceous. The pool at the room was comfortable and big. The main pool and the view from this pool was incredible. The cocktails and food at the pool was very good.

− The toilets have no bum-guns, the tv's are not smart-tv's, the view from our "phang nga pool room" was disappointing, we could hardly see the bay, since the view was blocked on both sides by trees. The deposit amount is too high, it makes no sense, to add to that, the deposit can be used to pay for the expenses made during the stay, this will result in a faster return of your unspend deposit, if you choose to not use the deposit to pay your bill, they will take twice as long to refund you. This is incredibly unfriendly, because it means you are unable to access your deposit for up to 3 weeks. The hotel is a bit of a maze, and especially during low season this is not a good experience walking up and down from the room to the restaurant/pool. The umbrella's at the main pool are practically unusable, since they are placed in a way that the shadow doesn't fall on the sunbeds. All in all, I think this resort wants to cater to the lower, and middle upperclass, but it's lacking that real lux

+ We have been returning to Como Point Yamu for a few years. We got married here and come back annually as our family grows. It’s a truly special place. The property is beautiful. The staff is amazing and would go above and beyond to make you feel special. This is top place for us!

Gerne wieder. Preis-Leistung sehr gut.

+ Schönes, modernes Hotel. Freundliches Personal. Gutes Frühstück im Restaurant (in der Villa weniger empfehlenswert).

− Die alkoholfreien Cocktails an der Bar waren nicht so gut, die mit Alkohol wesentlich besser.
